How much space does each sleepover tent need?

Each set up is 40" W x 75" L to fit a twin sized memory foam mattress.

An additional 16" L is needed for the tray.

How many campers per tent?

Only 1 camper per tent please.

What ages do you cater to?

Ages 5 to 105!

Do you require a security deposit to book a slumber party?
-
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date. This will be applied towards the balance. The balance is due 7 days prior to party date.

Does Camp Night Lights move furniture?

We do not move furniture. Please have your space cleared and ready for set up.

I'm having so much fun and want to keep my tents for an extra night! How do I do this?

Additional nights can be requested and will be charged $20 per tent.

When do you set up/pick up my party?
-
Set up takes place between 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., usually on the day of your party.

Pick up will be the day after your party between 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Sunday pick ups start from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

How much time is needed for set up and pick up?
-
Average set up time is approximately 2 hours depending on the size of the party.

Pick up takes around 45 - 60 minutes.

How do you clean your products?

We launder and sanitize all bedding after each party.

All hard surfaces are cleaned with sanitizing wipes or spray.

All decorative pillows are spot and steam cleaned after each party.

Can we set up outside?

Our tents are for indoor use only.

Do you provide custom themes?

Yes we do! We can modify themes/colors based on availability. Please note that custom themes will incur an additional charge of $100 to cover the extra design and materials required.

1. Select your theme
Simply choose a style and submit your booking request. We recommend booking 4 - 6 weeks prior to your event to secure your date.
2. Party
We will deliver, set up and style your event. All you have to do is celebrate! No beds to make before, no cleaning after. Let us do all the work.
3. Have fun!
We will return the next day to pick up. We love to hear just how much fun was had!

Payment

We accept all major credit cards through our secure pay system.

A deposit is due to reserve your date which will be applied to the balance.

Balance is due 7 days before event.
-
We reserve the right to collect charges for damages.
